Christ-Centered  ·  Confidential  ·  Compassionate

Lasting healing begins
when your hope is rooted in something deeper.

Compassionate, one-on-one counseling that meets you in life’s hardest moments and points you to the hope, help, and wisdom found in God’s Word.

Your first conversation is always free and completely confidential.

You are welcome here

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.

Maybe you feel stuck, anxious, or worn down. Maybe a relationship is breaking, grief is heavy, or you simply can’t see a way forward. Wherever you are, you don’t have to walk through it alone — and you don’t have to pretend you’re fine.

At Rooted, we sit with you in the hard things and walk with you toward real, lasting change. No judgment. No labels. Just honest, caring conversation grounded in the hope of the gospel.

What is biblical counseling?

Care for the whole person, rooted in the wisdom of God.

Biblical counseling is personal, conversational care that brings the truth and comfort of God’s Word to the real problems of everyday life. It isn’t a lecture, and it isn’t a quick fix.

It’s a trusted person walking beside you — helping you understand what you’re facing, pointing you to the hope of Jesus Christ, and equipping you with practical, biblical steps toward healing and growth.

It starts with listening.

We take time to truly understand your story, your struggles, and what brought you here — before anything else.

It's anchored in Scripture.

The Bible speaks with clarity and compassion to anxiety, anger, grief, marriage, identity, and the deepest questions of the heart.

It's about lasting change.

More than managing symptoms, biblical counseling addresses the heart — so the change you find takes root and lasts.

Our approach

What you can count on with us.

Four commitments shape every conversation at Rooted.

Christ-Centered

Real and lasting hope is found in a Person. Everything we do points to Jesus, who heals, forgives, and restores.

Scripture-Sufficient

We believe God's Word speaks with authority and tenderness to every struggle of the human heart.

Confidential & Compassionate

What you share stays private. You'll be met with patience and grace — never judgment or shame.

Practical & Personal

No one-size-fits-all formulas. We meet you where you are with real, livable next steps for the week ahead.

How we help

Whatever you’re carrying, you can bring it here.

These are some of the most common struggles people bring to us. Don’t see yours? Reach out anyway — there’s no problem too big or too small.

Anxiety & Fear

Worry, panic, and the weight of the unknown.

Depression & Despair

Hopelessness, numbness, and the days that feel too heavy.

Marriage & Conflict

Communication, distance, distrust, and rebuilding.

Grief & Loss

Walking through sorrow after losing someone or something.

Anger & Bitterness

Reactions and resentment that strain the people you love.

Guilt & Shame

The past you can't seem to put down or forgive.

Identity & Purpose

Who you are, where you're going, and why it matters.

Habits & Addictions

Patterns that have taken hold and won't let go.

Parenting & Family

Raising children and navigating hard family seasons.

“Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith… abounding therein with thanksgiving.”

Colossians 2:7

Stories of hope

Change really is possible.

I came in feeling like there was no way forward. For the first time in years, I have hope again — and tools I actually use every day.

A counselee

after walking through anxiety

We were ready to give up on our marriage. The care and honesty we found here helped us rebuild something stronger than before.

A married couple

after months of conflict

I was never rushed or judged. Just listened to, and gently pointed back to truth. It changed how I see myself and my situation.

Common questions

You probably have questions.

Both care deeply about people in pain. Biblical counseling is distinct in that it treats the Bible as fully sufficient and authoritative for understanding the heart and finding lasting change. Rather than starting from a secular framework, we start from God's wisdom — applied with compassion to your real, specific situation.

Not at all. You are genuinely welcome no matter where you are spiritually or what you believe. We'll always be honest about the hope we've found in Christ, but you'll never be pressured — only cared for.

Yes. What you share stays between us, with rare exceptions required by law or safety (such as a serious risk of harm). We'll go over confidentiality clearly in your first conversation.

Your first conversation is always free. [Describe your fee structure, donation model, or that counseling is offered at no charge here.] Cost should never be the reason you don't reach out — let's talk about it.

Every situation is different. Some find help in a few sessions; others walk with us through a longer season. We'll talk openly about what makes sense for you, and there's never any pressure to continue longer than is helpful.

[Describe your options here — for example: in person at our office, or by secure video for those who prefer it or live farther away.]
